PIE SAFE

A century ago, big handsome cupboards like this could be found in the kitchen stocked with fresh pies, baked breads and other foods. Today this pie safe will fit in any room where extra storage is needed. Our pie safe has three shelves inside and two drawers on top with half blind dovetails. This is a very easy project and our well detailed instructions include the directions for punching the tin panels.
Size: 55" high by 40" wide and 16" deep.

TUDOR BENCH SEAT

Leecraft Table Saw Inserts

For years we have made MDF, Hardwood and plywood inserts for both of our table saws.  They many times did not fit well got dropped, chipped or just thrown away, in frustration.  We are pleased to announce that we have solved these problems.  LEECRAFT Zero-Clearance Table Saw Insert is now the only one that we use on our Delta and Jet table saws…
The concept is simple; the blade cuts it's own exact size slot by being raised up through a machinable "blank" insert.  Safety is increased by eliminating the wood-swallowing gap common to standard metal inserts.  They are precision CNC machined from 1/2" thick high-density phenolic with bonded melamine surface - providing superior rigidity, flatness, durability, and low friction.  User-friendly features include top-accessible leveling screws, lateral adjustment screws for a vibration free fit, anti-lift pin (AFDDL-1U & AFDCR-1 only), finger hole for easy removal, and a pre-cut bottom recess that clears blade during installation. These inserts perform better, last longer, and are easier to set up than the cheaper plastic or MDF, or home made wood inserts.  Instructions included.  Measure your insert carefully before ordering.

Enjoy your woodworking, and share your skills and knowledge with others.

WIN A GRIZZLY TABLE SAW: We are pleased to announce the sixth year of our Furniture Design Contest. We will award a Grizzly Table saw to the woodworker who creates the best piece of furniture from an American Furniture Design Plan. The Grizzly table saw is rated by American Woodworker Magazine in a recent comparison of table saw, as their "Best Buy".  You may also submit designs of your own. You will need to supply two color photos of your piece, a front view and a side view along with a description of the materials that you used. Your photos will not be returned. We plan to have 3 finalists and from them we will award the Tablesaw on December 15, just in time for Christmas 2008.
